Washington, D.C- July, 28th, 2015- Cohen Equities announced today that it has acquired Lakeside II, a 130,265 square foot class-A office building located at 3975 Virginia Mallory Drive in Chantilly, VA. The property is adjacent to Dulles International Airport with immediate access to Route 50 and Route 28 and is part of the Route 28 Corridor South submarket.
Originally constructed in 2004, Lakeside II is located in a master planned office park with a gym, café, walking trains and a man-made lake.
