Blackhawk Corporate Center is centrally located and positioned directly adjacent to the interchange of I-17 and Hwy-101, providing great access and visibility. This 113,810 square foot property occupies 11.73 acres of land and is currently 66% occupied.
Northgate Business Center is located at 20401 N. 29th Avenue. This 138,540 square foot property was built in 1997 and occupies 12.22 acres of land. The Deer Valley submarket is a well-established national destination for Fortune 500 companies such as American Express, Honeywell, USAA, PetSmart and Microsoft.
