Cohen Equities Brings Asset to Full Occupancy in Under a Year
Phoenix, AZ – November 17th, 2016 –Cohen Equities announced today that Corporate Center, located at 10400 North 25th Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona, will be marketed for sale by Kidder Matthews’ Darren Tappen, Peter Beauchamp and Matthew Ault.
Cohen Equities acquired Corporate Center in January of 2016 with 50% vacancy and has brought the property to full occupancy in under a year. Tenants at the property are Avesis, a wholly owned subsidiary of Guardian Life Insurance, and Empereon Marketing.
