Meir and his team purchased this property with an occupancy of 14.5% and acquisition financing.

At the time of purchase, rents were below market and value was attributed to both lease up and improved base rents at roll over. In a unique strategy, an accredited hospital was secured to lease the majority of the vacant space (56,000 SF). The property was then refinanced, recouping more than 100% of the equity invested and was subsequently sold.
