Ballenger Creek was bought in a cross collateralized deal to Peacock Center, with financing in-place, and purchased well below replacement cost.
Meir and his team were able to create immediate value, by signing two leases within the first year of acquisition and stabilizing the center. The property sold for $9.1MM.
