A 200,000 SF, 16-story building located in Manhattan’s Garment District. The building was formerly a factory building used for textile production.
Meir and his team were early pioneers in repositioning the loft factory building into Class-B office space. Following the renovation, Meir was able to fully lease the building to a number of technology firms that were emerging during the internet boom of the late 1990s. In 2002, the property was sold for a substantial profit.
