The Shoppes of Metropolitan Tower is situated on the ground and lower levels of a 475-foot mixed use residential and retail building along the historic Michigan Avenue in the Chicago CBD.
Purchased in 2016, Cohen Equities leased 9,500 SF to CVS and subsequently sold that portion of the building at a very successful exit point. Cohen Equities maintains ownership of the remaining 21,000 SF.
