In 2004, Meir and his team leased 100% of the office space to music label, Bad Boy Entertainment, and developed street level retail. As the lease neared expiration, Meir began to consider different alternatives for the building, and ultimately assembled 360,000 square feet of air rights for future development. In December 2015, the building was sold as a potential high-rise condominium tower.
