Meir and his team recognized the opportunity to purchase a value-add office building that was not being managed to its utmost potential. Following the purchase, a recapitalization of the financial structure was instituted and operating costs reduced through active management. After leasing up the building’s remaining vacant space, the building was sold in 2005.
