Leading Human Resources Company Will Occupy in 17,039 Square Feet Under Long-Term Lease
Chantilly, VA – November 1, 2016 – Cohen Equities announced today that C2 Essentials, a leading national human resources company, has signed a long term lease for 17,039 square feet at the company’s Lakeside II office building, located at 3975 Virginia Mallory Drive in Chantilly VA.
Cohen Equities acquired the 130,265 square foot office building in August, 2015 and has since added the adjacent office building – Lakeside I – to its portfolio. The office portfolio is situated just minutes south of Dulles International Airport within Avion Business Park, a 188-acre master planned business community.
Cohen Equities has been very active over the past two years in acquiring and improving assets throughout the Metro DC area, including several other large office assets in Maryland that they have successfully leased.
