Cary, NC- June 8th, 2018- Cohen Equities announced today that the company will be welcoming Ace Hardware to Hemlock Plaza located on Kildaire Farm Road in Cary, North Carolina. Ace will occupy the 20,000 square foot anchor space, and will be changing the name of the center to “Ace Plaza”. Jon Bradley of Avison Young represented Cohen Equities in the transaction.
Ace will be joining tenants such as Goldfish Swim School and Kumon Learning Center bringing the center to 80% occupied. Cohen Equities acquired the center in 2014 when it was just 17% occupied. There is currently an 11,000 square foot space available directly next to Ace, as well as a 1,200 Square foot corner space still available.
